Bridal show to bring touch of luxury for couples-to-be
Indonesia Tatler event will unite style and sophistication.
Mobiliari Group, publisher of brand-leading society magazine Indonesia Tatler, will hold the country’s first “Ever After Luxury Bridal Show” in July. The event will bring together fashion, travel, lifestyle and other elements in one unique programme.
This ultra-stylish extravaganza will be held from 13–15 July at Sampoerna Strategic Square, one of Jakarta’s most iconic signature buildings, and will open with an invitation-only private preview for the country’s glitterati.
Following this, on Saturday July 14 the event will open to the public to showcase local and international bridal gowns and suits in daily fashion shows, bridal style and makeup forums, inspirational stories, interactive displays, and a host of live performances.
What really sets this event apart from other wedding fairs, says Mobiliari CEO Millie Stephanie, is that the “Ever After Luxury Bridal Show” brings a much-needed touch of lavish sophistication to an audience that is increasingly hungry for luxury and exclusivity.
“We’ve seen ‘wedding fairs’ come and go, with lukewarm results,” she said. “So being the publisher of Indonesia Tatler, and knowing a thing or two about what makes something special into something unique, we decided to organize this bridal show instead.”
After all, she added, couples need to make their special day totally unique. “It’s a cliché, but a wedding day is the biggest day of everyone’s lives—they desire and deserve the choice to make it the most memorable occasion by adding a touch of sparkle and dazzle,” said Millie.
Programmes over the three days include fashion shows by Andreas Odang, Paula Meliana, Rusly Tjohnardi and Sapto Djojokartiko; talk shows with Gusnaldi and Susi Kleo, as well as Marsio Photography and Wiki Lee Cinematography, plus Zoya Amirin (sexual psychologist) and Dr. Prima Progestian SpOG (Aesthetic Gynecologist – Brawijaya Hospital); and a fashion installation by Billy Tjong and Iwan Tirta Private Collection & Era Soekamto.
In addition to Sampoerna Strategic Square, other partners include After Time, Ebimoekti Decoration, H2 Cards, Ismaya Group, Lotus Design, Culture Royale, VIP Tent, Fantasy Band, Impromptu Band, and King David Entertainment. Media partners are FIMELA.com, Kis FM, and V Radio.
