After graduating from the Golden Gate University in the States, Millie returned to Indonesia and founded a custom publishing house in 1991. Today it has become among the country’s leading publishing houses under PT Mobiliari Stephindo (Mobiliari Group), with Tatler Indonesia among its flagship products. Launched in 2000, the magazine has informed and entertained Indonesian society’s crème de la crème for more than 20 years.
Millie is also highly active in CSR activities as the founder of Maria Lukito Foundation and co-founder of Pansophia Indonesia. While the former works with many charitable causes, the latter focuses on education for underprivileged children and provides affordable online education for the public through www.gurusemua.com. Additionally, she is the international WWF Ambassador of SOShark, Board Supervisor of CARE Indonesia and Chairwoman of Bone Marrow Donor Programme Indonesia.
