Nestled amid the tall buildings of the Pavilion Retail Arcade in Central Jakarta, the luxurious restaurant is open for all mealtimes, but dinner is truly the highlight with the dim lighting creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. Greeted by the friendly smiles of Liberta’s professional team, guests then will be escorted into its spacious dining room, which is filled with modern tables decorated with touches of minimalism.
The menu comprises many options ranging from mouthwatering appetisers to tummy-filling main courses and everything in between. Meanwhile, Liberta’s signature menus include homemade Bone Marrow Spinach Spaetzle and Guanciale Fettuccine—perfect recommendations for those visiting the restaurant for the first time. Guests should also try its famed Grilled Tomahawk Steak perfectly matched with mashed potatoes and completed with lime chilli dressing. All of these Italian delicacies are absolutely at their best when paired with AQUA Reflections’ refreshing chilled mineral water to tantalise their taste buds after enjoying a large and sumptuous meal. Either still or sparkling, the fresh mineral water is filled with the purest water bottled straight from source and is packed with essential minerals.
Thanks to the exceptional skills of Chef Wahyudi (Yudi) Kisworo and his team, each of the dishes is equally delicious and worth every penny. Every ingredient has to pass the keen eye of Chef Yudi to measure its quality and safety due to his commitment to serve only the most premium of ingredients. Thus Liberta has quickly become the hottest restaurant in town in an astonishingly short time.
