Tatler Feature: Nicoline Patricia Malina X Moët & Chandon
In her storied journey to be a renowned fashion photographer, Nicoline Patricia Malina learns to master a distinct way to combine art, complexity, and exquisite elements. Fashion is Malina’s form of self-expression that extends beyond her photography output into her sustainable fashion brand, Lanivatti. “One of the most important milestones this year is to have officially launched Lanivatti in January,” she said. The inauguration event included many collaborations and exhibitions to bring awareness of her work and stance in sustainability through her two passions in the field of fashion.
“Our first collection, Beyond Borders, was launched at an intimate media gathering with a sustainable fashion installation, video productions and a fashion show. In February, we followed up with a photography exhibition and fashion talks at a gallery in Kemang,” Malina said. To further mark her achievement amid uncertainties and such fierce challenges during this tumultuous year, Nicoline has planned to celebrate her moments of joy with a bottle of Moët & Chandon.
The French luxury champagne has long been an icon of milestones and achievements thanks to its clean, crisp and delicate taste. Carrying an undeniable quality of elegant liveliness similar to the art and aesthetics of Malina as a photographer and designer, the champagne brings forth happiness for the present and optimism for the future. “Moët & Chandon is a classic drink that shares the same values as mine, such as appreciation of quality, timelessness and tradition.” she said. “As we welcome 2021, it is important to take a step back and be thankful for what this year has given to us—both the ups and downs. What better way to do that than by popping out a bottle of Moët & Chandon and enjoying it together with your loved ones?”.
