Meat Masterclass with Chef Degan Septoadji
Tokusen Wagyu Beef held its first-ever Meat Masterclass at JAPFA Experience featuring Chef Degan Septoadji. Sugiman, the head of sales and marketing at JAPFA, shared some information and a giveaway session for quiz winners. The intimate experience of 10 seats provided an open-learning session to interact with Chef Degan, one of the judges at MasterChef Indonesia seasons 2 and 3. From his vast knowledge, everyone had learned about different beef cuts, marbling, grading, and so on before tasting the meat itself. From dry-aged US tenderloin to local Tokusen wagyu, these premium cuts would delight any meat-lovers with their tasty and tender qualities.
