Tatler Asia has been the leading luxury media brand for the past four decades in the region. That being said, Tatler Asia is synonymous with the most influential personalities in society. In this modern era, globalisation, technology, and ease of access to capital have created a powerful entrepreneurial class made up of passionate, driven youth. Hence, we wanted to play a bigger role in nurturing this next generation of influencers, who would one day become pillars of society.

For that reason, we launched Generation T in 2016, with the “T” representing Tatler, a homage to our brand’s origins and a play on similar demographic groups such as Gen X and Y. Today, the “T” represents the Leaders of Tomorrow.

Our first product, and today our flagship, is the “Gen.T List,” 400 Leaders of Tomorrow who are redefining their industries or breaking new ground. This list has become the definitive index of young leaders in eight territories across Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Mainland China, Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia.

We focus on the most innovative people and ideas in entrepreneurship, technology, culture, social impact and well-being. We believe that we are what we do and we do what we are, so our content and events focus on holistic, sustainable growth and the leaders who embody it.

Aside from the Gen-T List, the community is completed  with the honourable appearance of The Tribe, which consists of a panel of industry heavyweights and thought leaders—internationally respected experts in their field. The Tribe helps Gen.T create the strongest possible list by nominating candidates and giving feedback on our long list. Last year, we created a panel of over 100 Tribe members across Asia.
